07/03/06 nice skiing and here are some photos 21/02/06 No more snow today but blue skies. The weather was cold over night and as a result the powder was still really light. Fresh powder tracks were still to be had further away from the pistes. The clear weather alowed us to see all the slopes that had avalanched around the resort as a result of the heavy snow. 20/02/06 A further 30 cm fell over night. A big powder day today with lots of fresh tracks. Avalanche risk fairly high. Click here for some photos of the powder 19/02/06 Over the last three days we have had about 70 cm of fresh snow in the Ecrins. The powder is fantastic at the moment. Grab yourself a cheap flight and get out here! Things are looking good for the next few weeks. It should also be good news for the kayking season.
