This is "chez nous" and is situated just above the village of L’Argentière-la-Bessée, the best position in the Durance valley to participate in all the activities on offer

Two appartments are available, refurbished from the original 18th century farmhouse and granary. We live in the barn upstairs. The cellars contain a climbing wall (use at your own risk) and a table tennis table as well as providing ample storage room for bikes, skis, boards and kayaks. There is a large garden with a barbecue and large table for outside meals. Both apartments have a balcony for drinking coffee and eating croissants in the morning sunshine

The Granary (sleeps 2-4) consists of a vaulted double bedroom, separate shower room and a kitchen/living room with a bed settee. It is spacious and sympathetically refurbished in vaulted rooms. The low doorframes remind you that the original haute-alpinists were short, broad people! In addition to electric heaters, there is a wood-burning stove.

The Farmhouse (sleeps 4-6) is a two-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, kitchen and separate living/dining room. There is one double bedroom; the other has a double bed and bunks. The Farmhouse is centrally heated.
